A leprechaun I'll catch today
And steal all of his gold
And then quickly I'll run away
Before he can grab hold
And with his gold I will decide
On what it is I wish to buy
A toy, a bike, and treats galore
What is the thing that I truly adore?
A pony, a dog, or a new shiny truck?
Or maybe a pond with my own little duck
What to do with my treasury pot, what to do
I guess I'll just share it and give some to you!

Sammy the Slug

My name is Sammy, Sammy the slug
People know me as a slimy green bug
That chomp holes in your garden everyday
Till my tummy is full and I mosey away

It is not my fault that I eat all your leaves
If I could then I would eat the leaves off of trees
But my size is too small to climb something so high
So I settle on veggies and fruits by and by

I hope you don't mind the green oozey trail
Its how I was made like a slow slimy snail
So now if you don't mind I will snack on a treat
A hearty tomato sounds splendid to eat.

A Unicorn in my bathroom

There's a unicorn in my bathroom
And a blue whale in the tub
There's a lion in the garden
With her little lion cub
I rush into the kitchen
Can you guess what I did find?
A hippo and a gator
Eating fruits of every kind
The frogs are watching T.V
With a zebra and a goose
I turn around and now I see
A giant brown horned moose
My mother will be home soon
I will hear her yell and shout
If I only had a giant animal
To scare all of them out

A Poem

Due tomorrow is a poem
I don't know what to do
Should it be happy, sad, or wholesome?
I haven't got a clue
Do I make it short
Or drag it on?
My pencil will not write
The word are stuck
I'm in a muck
My head is filled with fright
The clock is ticking
My brain is fried
The sweat drips down my face
Tomorrow at eight
Will determine my fate
If my poem can go from nothing to great!
